We make dumb data smart.

Most organizations do not have a data problem. They have an answer problem — terabytes that cannot tell them what to do next. We orchestrate frontier models, pipelines, and domain judgment into a single command surface, then hand the controls to the people who have to decide.

01 / Thesis

We are not a vertical software company.

We are a frontier solution provider. The domain changes — insurance, labor, pharmacy, professional sports and collegiate athletics, public sector, capital markets, regulated compliance — but the failure is always the same shape: an organization sitting on proprietary data it cannot turn into a decision. That is the problem we solve, wherever it lives.

i

Dumb data is the default

Claims files, contracts, filings, transcripts, sensor logs, decades of email. Stored, compliant, searchable — and completely unable to answer a question that matters. The value was never captured because nothing synthesized it in time.

ii

Intelligence is orchestrated, not purchased

No single model solves a real workflow. We compose reasoning models, retrieval, deterministic logic, and domain rules into a pipeline that shows its work — and we swap any layer the moment something better ships.

iii

The human is the point

We do not build systems that replace judgment. We build systems that arm it — ranked, evidenced, and explained — so one operator carries the leverage of a department without surrendering accountability.

Domains we operate in
  • Insurance & Benefits
  • Labor Organizations
  • Pharmacy & PBM
  • Professional Sports & Collegiate Athletics
  • Public Sector & Education
  • Capital Markets
  • Regulated Compliance

The list grows. If your data is proprietary and your decision is repeatable, the domain is not the constraint.

02 / Intelligent orchestration

Three layers. One decision.

Ingest anything. Reason across it with whatever model is currently best. Deliver it to a human who is now the most informed person in the room.

01
INGEST

Everything, wherever it is

Proprietary files, third-party feeds, public registries, filings, and the documents nobody has opened in nine years. Normalized into one spine with provenance attached to every field.

Unstructured docsAPIs & feedsPublic registriesLegacy exports
02
REASON

Orchestrated, not outsourced

Multiple frontier models working in sequence and in parallel, checked against deterministic rules and domain constraints. Every conclusion carries its sources, its confidence, and its dissent.

03
COMMAND

Human capital, amplified

The output is not a chat window. It is a ranked queue, a scored entity, a finished document, and a defensible "why now" — delivered to the operator who owns the outcome and still signs the decision.

The stack we assemble

Model-agnostic by design. Any layer is replaceable the week something better exists.

05Command surface

Scored queues, briefs, dossiers, deal rooms, approvals

04Synthesis & generation

Narrative briefings, submittable responses, executive documents

03Reasoning & orchestration

Multi-model routing, agentic workflows, deterministic guardrails

02Semantic & retrieval layer

Embeddings, graph relationships, provenance and confidence

01Ingest & normalization

Documents, APIs, registries, legacy systems, human input

03 / The command surface

What smart data actually looks like

Every system we build converges on the same surface: scored entities, transparent rationale, cited evidence, and a ranked action queue. The domain changes; the operating logic does not. This view is illustrative, not client data.

      04 / The Solver network

Two ways a system reaches the market

The difference matters before the first call. Either you license a platform we already built and put your brand on it, or you commission a system that exists only for you and never carries our name. Select any node.

      Track 01 · Platform

      White-label platforms

The system is ours — productized, repeatable, already running. You license it and deploy it under your own brand. Fastest path to a working surface, priced per seat or per deliverable.

      Track 02 · Private

      Custom builds

The system is yours — built ground-up around data and a workflow nobody else has. It carries your name, never ours, and we do not disclose it. Two are shown below with identity removed; the rest are not on this page at all.

      05 / Flagship product

      The Sales Dossier Model

The clearest small proof of the thesis: public and proprietary noise about an organization, orchestrated overnight into executive-grade intelligence a human can walk in with. The four pages below are de-identified from a delivered engagement — the findings, the tactics, and the close are as they shipped. Select a page to open it at full size, rendered in the delivery brand's own document palette rather than ours.

      06 / Custom build parameters

Case File: A National Pharmacy Benefit Manager

Client unnamed by agreement. One illustration of the parameter set — not the boundary of it. The same architecture has been shaped for labor, public sector, and regulated compliance work we cannot show. Select a module to open its surface. Each one is a reconstruction rendered in the client's own interface palette rather than ours.

      Build parameters we look for
      Proprietary data

      Something the market cannot buy.

      Specialized workflow

A process generic software refuses to model.

      High-stakes decisions

      Where being wrong is expensive.

      Regulatory pressure

Compliance as a design constraint, not a checkbox.

      07 / Why Solver Ventures

      Frontier tools. Operator judgment.

      Model-agnostic by design

We are not married to a vendor, a model, or an architecture. The stack is assembled to be replaced — whatever is best this quarter is what runs your system.

We start where the data is dumb

Not at the roadmap, not at the demo. At the files, contracts, and exports nobody has been able to make useful, in whatever industry they happen to sit.

      The human stays in command

Every system is designed so accountability never leaves the operator. The intelligence is overwhelming; the decision is still theirs, and still explainable.

      We protect the work

Confidential builds stay confidential. Nothing under agreement appears on this page, and yours will not either.

      08 / Next step

      Bring us the data
      that cannot answer you.

Tell us the domain, the data you own, and the decision that keeps getting made badly. If it is a fit, you will see a working surface before you see an invoice.
